Refunds and cancelling

Cancelling

Cancel any time in the app (Settings → Plan & billing) or on the website (Account → Cancel plan). Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and then goes back to Free. You are not charged again. Until the end you can resume the plan with one click.

14-day right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

If you live in the EU and buy a plan as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment for that plan, without giving a reason. Write to help@getclove.co from your account’s email and say that you withdraw.

We refund the full first payment, including VAT, to the card you paid with, within 14 days of your message. Your plan then goes back to Free.

Renewals are not a new purchase: to stop the next one, cancel before it.

Extra credits

A credit pack you have not used any of can be refunded within 14 days of buying it. Write to help@getclove.co.

Business plans

Desk and Firm are business purchases, so the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Cancelling ends the plan, and all its seats, at the end of the period. Fewer seats start at the next renewal.

A payment that went wrong

If you were charged twice or by mistake, write to help@getclove.co and we refund what was wrong.
